Clients are seen by appointment at our Madison offices Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our telephone number is 402-454-1000. We try our very best to stay on schedule, but court delays sometimes occur. If we are seriously delayed, we will try to notify you beforehand. Please assist us by being on time for your appointments. We ask your patience if you have to wait.

Our personnel, office procedures, and equipment have been chosen with much thought and care to provide quality legal services in a pleasant, efficient, and friendly atmosphere. If you have any suggestions or complaints regarding services or fees, please tell us so that we may better serve you.

Cancelling an Appointment
If ou are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other clients.

Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions or concerns. If we are unavailable for sonsultation, we will return your call as soon as conditions permit.

Fees
Charges for office visits and legal services are determined by the time spent and vary with the severity and complexity of the problem.

Referrals
